Chase Bank at 399 South Weber Road, Romeoville, Illinois.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and my husband and I needed to change our account number. My husband went without me to do so and had no problems whatsoever. I go to be “added” when I should’ve just been transferred over in the first place! And I get denied?! How the hell am I going to get denied and it’s a freaking checking account?! I was good enough to have my money in your bank literally the day before! They didn’t do nothing for me! I have a daughter who is special needs and I have direct deposit from ssi going into the account and I’m her payee. Don’t bank with chase they don’t care about their customers at all! Husband is going back on Monday to close and go with a bank who actually cares about their customers and won’t do them dirty like the manager from this bank did me! They could do something about it but he chose not to! Far as I’m concerned they can go to hell!
